Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care Group is one of Wisconsin’s largest physician groups providing comprehensive Cardiology and Electrophysiology services. Most of our physicians are known nationally as well as internationally - three have been listed among the best doctors in America for several years running. All are either board certified or board eligible in their respective field of expertise. Meet them in the "Our Physicians" sections.

Collectively, Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care Group physicians have established numerous firsts at national and state levels. At least 25 different landmark procedures and/or treatment methods are credited to members of the group. Look for the boxes throughout the site to learn about these.

Each of our physicians is committed to providing excellent service to our patients – striving to improve not only medical expertise and technology but also the basic services that can make a hospital stay or outpatient visit easier - appointment scheduling, billing and medical records coordination processes are continually reviewed for accuracy and patient convenience.

This commitment, along with our collective years of experience and expertise (unmatched by any other group in the state of Wisconsin) has resulted in multiple service sites and outreach programs throughout Wisconsin and continued growth of the services we provide.

How We Came to Be:

Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care Group was formed in 1998 by fifteen physicians who were previously full time faculty with the University of Wisconsin Medical School at the Milwaukee Clinical Campus. The transition to Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care Group was made to preserve the medical research, education and subspecialized patient care components of our clinical practice that is designed to function effectively in today’s rapidly changing professional environment.

We continue our close ties with the University of Wisconsin Medical School, serving as clinical professors and medical educators responsible for Aurora Health Care post graduate programs for Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care Group is the only private group that trains eighteen cardiology, three advanced-level electrophysiology and two interventional cardiology fellows per year. Many of our graduates now have active practices in the Milwaukee area and many have moved on to take academic positions nationally and internationally. At the present time, the electrophysiology fellowship led by our group is the only accredited program of its kind in the state of Wisconsin and one of the few who provide peripheral interventional training.
